Our emergency assistance program is designed to help individuals and families maintain their housing and their utilities in the face of the threat of eviction or utility termination.

This program helps households with incomes at or below 150% of the federal poverty level address immediate financial crises associated with housing and utilities so that basic needs are met. It also helps clients stabilize their situation so that they might begin to focus on finding other resources to help them avoid future basic needs crises.
