The Catholic Charities Neighborhood Center in Wheeling will hold its 21st Annual Spaghetti Dinner May 7. This event is one of the center’s main fundraisers and will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
“Our Spaghetti Dinner is a wonderful community event,” said Andrea Staron, Catholic Charities West Virginia (CCWVa) Northern Regional Director. “It’s an opportunity for people to come together and enjoy great food while supporting those in need.”
All proceeds will support the vital services the Neighborhood Center provides to alleviate, prevent and reduce poverty in the Ohio Valley.
“We are excited to be celebrating this event for over 20 years now, and it’s been fun to see the traditions that have developed over the years,” said Staron.
Dinners are served by area priests and pastors from various denominations. Take-out meals will also be available.
“We are truly grateful for the support we receive from volunteers, sponsors, donors and all who attend this event,” said Staron.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children. Raffle items will also be available at the event.
